Warranties

Each manufacturer has their own rules around warranties. These Warranties cover manufacturer’s defects or breakage from normal use. Let’s get real for a moment: If you damage your paddle while hitting the floor, hitting another object including your partner’s paddle, the court floor, smashing it against face, (Yes I had a black eye to prove it). Your leg, clipping the net post or hitting anything else other than a pickleball, please do not ask for warranty coverage. We will, without exception try to be fair in the handling of a warranty claim. What we ask for in exchange is that you also treat us with fairness. The paddle must have an actual manufacturers defect to be considered for an exchange.

Regular wear and tear is normal so would not be covered. If the paddle has had modifications or alterations, been used incorrectly, improper maintenance, misuse, accident, negligence, damage, or if the product is used for a purpose for which it is not intended. Specifically: abrasion, scuffs, face separation, exposed graphite core, and chipping as a result of court impact is not covered. Normal wear and tear includes graphics which have faded, small dents or scratches to any part of the paddle (which do not affect play) and marks on the face. You should keep your paddle out of the sun for extended periods, extreme temperatures and humid conditions to prevent early decomposition.

If your paddle has been changed including re-glued, grip changed, filling of a dent etc. or if the paddle has been marked with permanent identification, you will not be able to exchange it. For identification, we recommend that you put your name on a sticky label rather than using a permanent marker.

Here are the highlights of the warrantees for some of the manufacturers that we represent. We strongly recommend that you register your purchase at the appropriate manufacturer’s website if possible. If no such registration is possible, please keep a note and record of the transaction date.
